Inventory Management Module

More and more leasing companies are ordering cars or bicycles in advance, before a lease contract is in place. The user association has requested a suitable solution for this to simplify its management.

Starting with this version, the “LeaseWise inventory management” module is available. This means it is possible to place orders without a lease contract.

At a later stage, this module will be expanded with a program to classify the cars in stock and indicate their status, for example, whether the car can be redeployed or should be sold. RentWise ROB BOL

Since the spring of 2022, the ROB Association has launched the NVM (New Replacement Transport Module). As you may know, RentWise can be directly linked to ROB-BOL via the package integration. This integration creates an efficiency boost in your processes and makes it possible to manage the entire replacement transport process in RentWise without having to switch to the ROB-NET web application. CarWise has updated the software in time for NVM to allow users to transition smoothly. Some changes regarding NVM via RentWise:

Reservation

Only a few “values” are mandatory when submitting a request at the time of a reservation.

Consider, for example: Rental class, deployment period, billing period.

Much of the information is automatically generated and sent by RentWise. A license plate and rates, for example, are not yet sent, which makes swapping cars easier.

* By submitting a request directly at the time of reservation, it is ensured that a car is authorized for deployment at all. This prevents (financial) surprises for you and the customer.

VAK > Provisional Approval

After a request, a new status can be issued by the leasing company: provisional approval. This serves as a kind of principle agreement from the leasing company for, for example, the deployment itself or the costs.

Agreement

At the time of creating an agreement, more information is required to be sent to the leasing company. Therefore, ensure that the rental agreement is drawn up carefully.

* Note! Have you already submitted a request at the time of reservation and is it “Not Approved” (NAK), or is it still under review by the leasing company? Then it is not possible to proceed to the agreement stage. A VAK (Provisional Approval) must be obtained first.
