Paperless check-in and check-out, directly from the app
Vehicle delivery & intake
No more paper forms. Just a watertight file.
Vehicle intake and delivery are the moments when everything either adds up — or doesn’t. With the RentWise App, the complete check-in and check-out process is handled digitally: vehicle condition, mileage, fuel level and any damage are recorded directly on smartphone or tablet, complete with photos and signature. The client receives a confirmation immediately.
Everything recorded, nothing forgotten
- Recording of vehicle condition, mileage, fuel level and AdBlue, all in the app
- Damage reports created directly at intake, including photo registration
- (BOVAG) rental terms and conditions sent digitally at delivery
- Intake and delivery reports sent directly from the app to the client
- Real-time synchronisation with RentWise back office, no delay, no data loss
- Identity verification possible via external Identity & Company check module (remote or on-site)
One app, fully integrated
The RentWise App is not a standalone tool, it is an extension of the RentWise back office. Everything recorded in the app is immediately available in the system.
Letter templates are created via the correspondence module. DocWise ensures that all intake forms, copies of identity documents and damage records are centrally stored and immediately accessible, even years later.
For rental in Belgium: RentWise supports the Belgian eID card reader directly, automatically reading client data and linking it to the rental agreement.

The e-learning course is supported by automatic invitations and reminders. Drivers receive timely email notifications about upcoming training sessions. If a training deadline is missed, an additional reminder is sent. The system also notifies the responsible fleet managers about overdue training to help ensure compliance. This keeps every UVV driver training on track—automatically, transparently, and without manual effort.
If UVV driver training is not carried out annually—or is not conducted at all—companies may face serious consequences in the event of an accident. Regardless of the severity of the accident or any resulting injuries, violations of occupational health and safety regulations and accident prevention requirements may lead to substantial fines as well as liability and insurance-related consequences. In the event of an accident or damage, insurance benefits may also be denied.
Drivers without a company email address can also participate in the training. They receive a personal access code that allows them to start the course directly in a web browser. The access information can be printed together with a short guide and handed directly to the driver. Participation is fully digital and does not require registration.
Yes. The e-learning course also covers topics specific to electric vehicles. These include safe operation in road traffic, proper charging procedures, actions to take in the event of a breakdown or accident, and hazards associated with electric vehicles.
The UVV driver training course consists of five modules that must be completed before the final test is unlocked. The modules cover: Introduction, Before Driving, Safety Equipment, During the Journey, and Behavior in the Event of an Accident.
