The RentWise App is not a standalone tool, it is an extension of the RentWise back office. Everything recorded in the app is immediately available in the system.
Letter templates are created via the correspondence module. DocWise ensures that all intake forms, copies of identity documents and damage records are centrally stored and immediately accessible, even years later.
For rental in Belgium: RentWise supports the Belgian eID card reader directly, automatically reading client data and linking it to the rental agreement.

Yes. BOVAG rental terms and other documents are sent directly from the app at delivery. Intake and delivery reports are sent to the customer via the app and automatically stored in DocWise.
