- Fully automated damage process from report to closure, including VAR (self-managed comprehensive cover). Carglass and Autotaalglas can submit windscreen damage invoices directly into RentWise.
- ROB-Net connection for maintenance orders and electronic invoicing. Authorisation for repairs is handled via ROB-BOL, directly within RentWise.
- Automatic processing of fuel card transactions (MultiTank Card, Travel Card), including AdBlue registration at delivery and intake.
- Automatic CJIB processing and charge-back to the correct debtor.
- Asset financing managed per vehicle, including off-balance sheet structures and book value overviews.
- Insurance policies created per debtor or as standard per category. Mutations are automatically sent to the insurer.
Scalable from one location to a large network
RentWise grows with you. One location, ten branches or a national network of partners: the modular structure adapts accordingly. RentWise Lite offers a compact entry-level variant for smaller rental operations.
RentWise HQ via EPH/CloudWise connects multiple locations in real time, with central or decentralised invoicing. For data exchange with DMS systems, external planning tools or financial packages, RentWise offers standard XML and API interfaces. Mileage, fuel level and charge status are read in real time via OEM data, CANBUS or GPS, so you always know the condition of a vehicle when it leaves and returns to the location.

Yes. With FleetDisk, fleet managers on the customer side can access relevant data and reports for their fleets. The online management portal is connected to the LeaseWise back office and enables leasing companies to provide selected information digitally to their customers.
LeaseWise enables the analysis of operational and financial data from various areas of the leasing business. This includes contract and vehicle information as well as customer, usage, cost and financial data. Leasing companies can analyze relationships across different business areas and track developments over time.
Reporting and Business Intelligence help leasing companies analyze operational and financial data in a structured way and identify developments in their leasing business at an early stage. Key performance indicators relating to contracts, vehicles, customers, costs and other business areas can support management, controlling and operational decision-making. A centralized database also reduces the effort required to manually consolidate information from different systems.
Outgoing invoices are generated automatically and sent as electronic invoices via Payt, eConnect or Order2Cash (Peppol). Direct debit payments are automated through Twikey, while incoming invoices are recognized and processed using ScanSys. In the Netherlands, credit checks via BKR and De Voorkant are also incorporated into decision-making before contract approval.
Yes. AccountWise supports the management of accounts receivable and accounts payable data within the same system environment as LeaseWise. This ensures that relevant master data is available for both operational leasing processes and the associated financial processing.
Operational processes in LeaseWise are directly linked to financial accounting in AccountWise. Relevant accounting entries can therefore be triggered automatically without having to enter the underlying information again in an external accounting system.
