Mileage readings can be regularly imported into LeaseWise from connected data sources such as OEM systems, CAN bus or GPS. Up-to-date mileage data helps leasing companies compare actual vehicle usage with the agreed contract parameters and identify relevant deviations at an early stage. This provides an important foundation for proactive contract management and potential recalculations.
Transactions from connected fuel card providers can be automatically imported into LeaseWise and assigned to the respective vehicle. Fuel costs and other transaction details are incorporated directly into reporting and analysis without the need for manual data entry.

Asset management involves recording and managing all relevant information and activities related to a leased asset throughout its period of use. This may include vehicle data, mileage readings, maintenance, damage claims, fuel transactions and traffic fines. In LeaseWise, this information is assigned to the respective asset and linked to the associated leasing processes.
Damage claims processes can be integrated directly into asset management through the AudaFlow integration, including automated SLA checks and straight-through processing. Defined service level agreements can be checked, and eligible cases can be processed automatically. Relevant damage information remains linked to the respective vehicle and is available for further processing.
Through its integration with CJIB, traffic fines in the Netherlands can be automatically assigned to the relevant vehicle and case. Fine-related processes can then be managed directly in LeaseWise, including passing on the charges where applicable. This is particularly useful for efficiently handling large volumes of traffic fines.
Maintenance requests and associated invoices can be processed electronically in LeaseWise through its integration with ROB-Net. Relevant information is assigned to the respective vehicle and made available for further processing. This reduces the manual effort involved in handling recurring maintenance and repair processes.
