RentWise ROB BOL

RentWise ROB BOL

In the spring of 2022, the ROB Association launched the NVM (New Alternative Transportation Module). As you may know, RentWise allows for direct integration with ROB-BOL via the package integration. This integration boosts the efficiency of your processes and allows you to manage the entire alternative transportation process in RentWise without having to switch to the ROB-NET web application. CarWise updated its software to comply with NVM standards in a timely manner to ensure a smooth transition for users. A few changes regarding NVM via RentWise:

Reservation

Only a few “values” are required when submitting a request at the time of a reservation.

These include: rental class, rental period, and billing period.

Much of the information is automatically generated and included by RentWise. For example, the license plate number and rates are not yet included in the message, which makes it easier to switch cars.

* By submitting a request at the time of booking, you ensure that a car can be provided at all. This prevents any (financial) surprises for you and the customer.

VAK >: Preliminary Agreement

After an application is submitted, the leasing company may assign a new status: provisional approval. This constitutes a kind of agreement in principle issued by the leasing company regarding, for example, the use of the vehicle itself or the costs.

Agreement

When an agreement is drawn up, additional information must be provided to the leasing company. Therefore, make sure the lease agreement is drafted carefully.

* Please note! If you have already submitted a request at the time of booking and it has been rejected (NAK), or if it is still pending review by the leasing company, it is not possible to convert it into a contract. A VAK must be in place first.
