CarWise, AutoDisk and Carano continue as one integrated organization under the name CarWise Group
CarWise, AutoDisk and the German company Carano Software Solutions will henceforth operate as one integrated organization under the name CarWise Group. With this step, the collaboration built over the past years is now formally and organizationally fully consolidated within a single group.
This consolidation does not represent a change in direction, but marks the completion of a development in which three specialized organizations have grown together into one integrated software group serving the mobility market.
Built on more than 35 years of experience
CarWise Group builds on a long-standing history in mobility software. CarWise and AutoDisk have been working together as business partners in the lease and fleet sector since 1995. Over the past decades, both organizations developed independently, each with its own customer base, expertise and market position.
Since 2025, CarWise and AutoDisk have officially been part of one organization under the ownership of Main Capital Partners. In January 2026, Carano Software Solutions was added to the group, further strengthening its international position, particularly in the German market.
Today, CarWise Group combines more than 35 years of experience with specialized expertise in lease, rental and fleet software across multiple European markets.
One organization, one structure
CarWise Group now operates as one integrated organization with three offices and more than 140 employees. The individual companies retain their accumulated expertise but function within one shared structure, strategy and governance.
The group serves a broad range of customers within leasing, rental and fleet management. Its software supports the entire process: from (online) calculation and quotation to contract management, fleet administration and financial processing.
Through integration, knowledge, technology and market approach have been brought together into one cohesive organization. This strengthens internal collaboration and provides customers with an integrated solution from a single provider.
The consolidation under CarWise Group provides organizational clarity and a clear market positioning, while ensuring stability and continuity.
The core of the organization — reliability, professional expertise and long-term relationships — remains firmly central.
A logical next step in joint growth
The integration of CarWise, AutoDisk and Carano under the name CarWise Group represents the natural continuation of a development initiated in recent years. What began as intensive collaboration between specialized organizations has grown into one integrated software group with a shared vision for mobility software.
With this step, CarWise Group strengthens its position in the European mobility market. By combining experience, technological expertise and international presence, one organization is formed that is equipped for further growth, scalability and long-term support of customers across multiple European countries.
