- Fully automated damage process from report to closure, including VAR (self-managed comprehensive cover). Carglass and Autotaalglas can submit windscreen damage invoices directly into RentWise.
- ROB-Net connection for maintenance orders and electronic invoicing. Authorisation for repairs is handled via ROB-BOL, directly within RentWise.
- Automatic processing of fuel card transactions (MultiTank Card, Travel Card), including AdBlue registration at delivery and intake.
- Automatic CJIB processing and charge-back to the correct debtor.
- Asset financing managed per vehicle, including off-balance sheet structures and book value overviews.
- Insurance policies created per debtor or as standard per category. Mutations are automatically sent to the insurer.
Scalable from one location to a large network
RentWise grows with you. One location, ten branches or a national network of partners: the modular structure adapts accordingly. RentWise Lite offers a compact entry-level variant for smaller rental operations.
RentWise HQ via EPH/CloudWise connects multiple locations in real time, with central or decentralised invoicing. For data exchange with DMS systems, external planning tools or financial packages, RentWise offers standard XML and API interfaces. Mileage, fuel level and charge status are read in real time via OEM data, CANBUS or GPS, so you always know the condition of a vehicle when it leaves and returns to the location.

Yes. Fuel card transactions from MultiTank Card and Travel Card are automatically imported and posted. AdBlue registration is integrated into the delivery and intake process via the RentWise App.
