First, drivers are added to the system and then automatically invited to use the app. You also specify how many inspections should be conducted per year. The intervals can be set flexibly and adjusted as needed.
Initialize NFC Tag
After selecting a driver, tapping “Initialize NFC Tag” in the mobile app, and holding the NFC tag up to a smartphone, the tag is automatically assigned to the selected driver. The tag is then attached directly to the driver’s license.
Perform An Inspection
Drivers can now conveniently check their driver’s licenses digitally using a smartphone app. Alternatively, the fleet manager can conduct a traditional visual inspection on-site.
