Release 25.3
Release 25.3 of our software is now available. In this new version, we have once again implemented various improvements and expansions.
Almost all users have now received an invitation to a webinar in which we explain the most important changes and offer practical guidance on the installation and use of the new functionalities.
The most important changes in this release are:
- Automatic activation of VAT codes if they were not yet active
- Updates for e-invoicing with support for Peppol via eConnect, Payt, or Billtrust
- Automatic import of digital invoices as invoice registration via eConnect
- Lease terms V8 available for all users
Also good news for RentWise users!
From version 25.3, it is possible to adjust the monthly rate in an agreement mid-term, without having to create a new price list.
This new feature is included in the installment invoicing module, but is not enabled by default. To activate the module, please contact your CarWise account manager.
In addition, release 25.3 contains more than 100 additional optimizations that contribute to better performance, stability, and ease of use.
FleetDisk continues to grow: service with direct processing
FleetDisk is the dashboard and self-service portal for customers of leasing companies. It offers fleet owners and drivers one central place to manage common matters themselves, with up-to-date insight into vehicles and contracts.
With an upcoming development, actions in FleetDisk will be forwarded directly to LeaseWise and automatically created there as tasks. This connects self-service directly to the back office.
This results in, among other things:
- Direct processing of actions in LeaseWise
- Fewer manual administrative steps
- More overview and consistent processing
Examples include a driver change, a request for a fuel card, or requesting an insurance card.
With this expansion, FleetDisk remains fully self-service, while handling becomes faster and more efficient for both leasing companies and their customers.
iDEAL payment via QR code and payment link on invoices
It is now possible to print a payment link with a QR code on rental, installment, and transaction invoices. This allows customers to make payments easily and quickly, directly from the invoice.
This functionality is part of the Digital invoicing PDF module, which allows invoices to be sent digitally by email including a PDF attachment. The existing invoice layouts are already prepared for this expansion.

- If you are already using the Digital invoicing PDF module, CarWise can start the Embed onboarding process for you

RentWise training sessions
In 2026, CarWise will once again offer a wide range of RentWise training sessions. Every quarter, we organize a RentWise basic training and an advanced training. In addition, depending on demand, additional training sessions are organized regularly.
