Experienced Software Tester

Welcome to the world of high-performance Automotive Solutions. Due to the increasing growth of our organization, we are looking for an enthusiastic, independent, and experienced Software Tester to join and strengthen our development team.

What will you be doing?

Within the development team, you will be responsible for the functional and technical testing of CarWise software. You play an important role in monitoring and improving the quality of our software, work closely with developers and consultants, and are involved in the entire development process.

Your duties include, among others:

• Analyzing functional specifications and acceptance criteria
• Executing functional tests and regression tests (for major releases), validating whether the software meets business and user requirements
• Testing integrations, workflows, and end-to-end processes
• Registering, following up on, and retesting findings and bugs
• Interpreting reports and data to verify the accuracy of functionalities
• Coordinating test results with stakeholders and providing clear recommendations
• Contributing ideas for quality improvement of processes and applications

• Higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking with experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills, precision, and a focus on quality
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both verbal and written
• Strong communication skills and the ability to report clearly
• A proactive attitude and a true ‘a deal is a deal’ mentality
