Berlin, August 3, 2026 – The CarWise Group, a European provider of integrated software for lease, rental, and fleet management, is driving forward the technological development of its core products, LeaseWise and RentWise. Both solutions are being gradually migrated to a fully web-based SaaS platform. As a result, customers will have access to a future-proof, flexible, and always up-to-date software environment without the need for local installations or their own server infrastructure.

With this transition, the CarWise Group is responding to the rapidly changing demands of the lease, rental, and fleet markets. The new platform is entirely web-based and runs in a browser on desktops, laptops, and tablets. Updates and maintenance are handled centrally, ensuring that customers are always working with the latest software version—without having to install anything themselves.

The new architecture will enable the company to respond more quickly to market developments in the future and to deliver new features more efficiently—in line with the company’s vision of a scalable, unified mobility platform capable of handling 100 to over 100,000 contracts.
Webinar Series After the Summer
Development of the SaaS platform is already underway. Customers are being informed step by step about the upcoming changes. The process will kick off with a webinar in early September, during which the CarWise Group will present background information, planned changes, and the timeline moving forward. Additional webinars will follow in the coming months to keep customers informed of progress on an ongoing basis.
