CarWise Group has been active in the development of software for the mobility sector for more than 35 years. With over 140 employees and three offices, we build process-driven solutions for leasing, rental, and mobility organisations every day. Our strength lies in the combination of deep market knowledge and robust technology.
Our development
From collaboration to integrated group
The foundation of our current organisation was laid in 1995 with the collaboration between CarWise and AutoDisk, both long-established specialised software partners in the automotive and mobility sector. In 2025, knowledge, technology and market approach were brought together within one powerful group. In 2026, the addition of the German company Carano marked the next step in our European growth ambition.

AutoDisk has established itself as a specialist in calculation, dealer and automotive solutions. Carano brings strong international expertise in fleet and mobility software. By combining these specialisations, a powerful mix of technology, market knowledge and scalability emerges that optimally serves organisations in the mobility sector.

CarWise Group operates in accordance with ISO 27001:2022 guidelines and ensures information security at both strategic and operational level. For our lease and rental solutions, this means that customer, contract and vehicle data are structurally protected across all processes, from quotation and contract management to invoicing, damage handling and remarketing.
Within the organisation, clear procedures, periodic risk assessments and continuous improvement cycles are in place to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data. Access rights are configured on a role-based basis and systems are actively monitored and tested. This provides leasing companies, rental organisations and mobility providers with a secure, reliable and sustainable platform for their operations.
